The subject of procurement is “Maintenance of software support for billing, data warehouse, data management, and support for market processes”, in accordance with the Technical Specification. The subject of procurement includes the provision of maintenance services for the HOPS information systems to support HOPS billing and other market business processes and the exchange of data with other entities on the electricity market, in accordance with the applicable Croatian and EU legal and sub-legal regulations, including enhancement and development of the data warehouse and data management and information architecture.
