TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is snow removal services for municipal and internal roads of the Municipality of Długołęka together with cycle paths, sidewalks, parking areas, bus bays, bus stops and the grounds of two municipal cemeteries (in the localities: Borowa and Łozina) — consisting in removing snow from the carriageways and road shoulders and associated structures, as well as services to eliminate and prevent the formation of winter slipperiness occurring on roads and associated structures as a result of the formation on them of ice, icy or compacted snow, using chemical materials that increase traction or mechanical removal or, in part, manual removal (cleaning). Hereinafter collectively referred to as: snow removal services — for the purposes of: 1) ensuring safety and increasing traffic convenience — in accordance with the Act of 21 March 1985 on public roads (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 889, as amended); 2) maintaining cleanliness and order in the municipality — in accordance with the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733).
