TENDER DESCRIPTION

Part 1 - Snow removal and spreading of roads with abrasive material in the town of Rajbrot:1) The contract includes snow removal of roads, parking lots and squares with a total length of approximately 23.83 km and spreading them with abrasive material within the Municipality of Lipnica Murowana in the town of Rajbrot, using equipment at the Contractor’s disposal in the winter season 2026/2027. The scope of works is specified in the list of roads constituting Annex to the contract no 8.1. 2) The scope of services includes:a. Winter maintenance of roads by ploughing/snow removal in a manner ensuring continuity of passage in accordance with existing weather conditions.b. Spreading of ploughed roads with abrasive material provided by the Contractor, who is obliged to purchase, transport and store it (under a shelter) for the duration of the winter season. It is possible to perform the order using sand spreaders lent by the Municipality bearing the symbol WTT 850/1200 DEXWAL, however the costs of repairing and maintaining the Ordering Party’s equipment shall be borne by the Contractor as the borrowing party.
