TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the public contract is the provision of a service ensuring the safe disposal of mixed municipal waste (cat. no. 200301) within the meaning of Section 11(2)(a) of Act No. 541/2020 Coll., on waste, as amended, originating from the territory of the City of Lipník nad Bečvou, from where it will be hauled to a landfill. The waste is generated both by the city’s residents and by the city’s businesses/entrepreneurs. The mixed municipal waste will be collected from the contracting authority by the contracting authority’s collection company and deposited at a landfill owned by or administered by the participant, and this shall be done subject to compliance with all legislative standards applicable and effective for the provision of this type of service. The service will be provided for the period from the date on which the contract becomes effective, which will occur no earlier than 01.01.2027 and no later than 31.12.2028 (the expected period for providing the services is therefore 2 years).
