TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the restoration of the quality status of surgical instruments owned by UCK WUM, consisting of regenerating and repairing the instruments and replacing instruments that are not suitable for regeneration and repair with equivalents in terms of type and quality. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Annex No 2 to the SWZ - Assortment-and-price form, and in Annex No 2.1 – Description of the subject matter of the contract: scope of regeneration and repair of the instruments.
