TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this procurement procedure is the acquisition of contractor pools that can be called upon by the contracting authority at short notice in each individual case, without the need to carry out a lengthy formal procurement procedure, for the efficient commissioning of IT and consultancy services to optimize the contracting authority’s activities described above in certain areas of tasks and focus areas. The contracting authority coordinates the contracting-authority-funded fiber-optic build-out in six districts in Baden-Württemberg. It does not build itself, but rather manages and controls external general contractors (GÜ), general contractors (GU), planning offices and other partners. Against the background of a planned construction volume of around EUR 1.6 billion and a project duration for the construction projects until 2032, the previous project management is reaching its limits. In order to take account of the significantly increased requirements, a tool landscape is needed that supports the core processes along the value chain seamlessly.
