TENDER DESCRIPTION

The following services as part of the GB Psych and the leadership feedback are the subject matter of the published framework agreements: - the professional support of the steering committees and the facilitation of focus groups within the scope of GB Psych and - the facilitation within the scope of the newly implemented instrument "Leadership Feedback". In addition, at the contracting authority’s request within the scope of GB Psych, the contractors must carry out and/or accompany in-depth or supplementary formats, e.g. measures to clarify conflicts and presentations/workshops on health topics. What is decisive for the subject matter of the contract is that the support and/or facilitation within the scope of GB Psych and the facilitation within the scope of the leadership feedback are provided for the respective office of the OFD or of the V "B-BW as a single source".
