TENDER DESCRIPTION

Open Youth Workshop in accordance with § 16(1) sentence 2 no. 2 in conjunction with § 16 h SGB II in conjunction with § 45(1) no. 1 SGB III in conjunction with § 13 SGB VIII: The subject matter of the service is the design and implementation of a measure which consists of 85% integration services in accordance with § 16(1) sentence 2 no. 2 SGB II in conjunction with § 45(1) no. 1 SGB III and 15% services of youth vocational assistance in accordance with § 13 SGB VIII. The contracting party’s recognition as a provider of independent youth welfare in accordance with § 75 SGB VIII is required. The Open Youth Workshop is intended to bring young people who are in an increased need of support in order to compensate for social disadvantages or to overcome individual impairments over the long term closer to the training and labour market. Resources are to be identified and strengthened, existing obstacles are to be reduced and/or eliminated, and competencies are to be acquired in order to prepare participants for subsequent vocational measures or for placement into training/work.
