TENDER DESCRIPTION

Open Youth Workshop pursuant to Section 16(1), sentence 2, no. 2, in conjunction with Section 16h of SGB II, in conjunction with Section 45(1), no. 1 of SGB III, in conjunction with Section 13 of SGB VIII: The subject matter of the service is the design and implementation of a measure which consists of 85% placement/integration services pursuant to Section 16(1), sentence 2, no. 2 of SGB II in conjunction with Section 45(1), no. 1 of SGB III and 15% youth career assistance services pursuant to Section 13 of SGB VIII. The contractor’s recognition as a provider of independent youth welfare pursuant to Section 75 of SGB VIII is required. The Open Youth Workshop is intended to bring young people who are required to a greater extent on support in order to compensate for social disadvantages or to overcome individual impairments in the long term closer to the training and employment market. Resources are to be identified and strengthened, existing obstacles reduced and/or eliminated, and skills acquired in order to prepare participants for subsequent occupational follow-up measures or for placement into training/work.
