TENDER DESCRIPTION

This announcement serves the conclusion of agreements on the active substance "Amifampridine (ATC code: N07XX05)" with pharmaceutical companies within the meaning of § 130a para. 8 sentence 1 of the Fifth Book of the Social Code (SGB V) (rebate contracts). According to § 130a para. 8 sentence 1 SGB V, the invitation to participate is only addressed to pharmaceutical entrepreneurs or employee communities of pharmaceutical entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 4 para. 18 of the German Medicines Act (AMG). This is not an open procedure, but a publication of the invitation to conclude/join rebate contracts with conditions fixed and non-negotiable for all participants, including the amount of the rebate. The corresponding information under point 2.1 "Type of procedure" and under point 5.1.12 "Condition for contract award here: period for which the offer must be valid" is only due to the systematics of this form.
