TENDER DESCRIPTION

This notice is intended to conclude agreements relating to the active ingredient “Abiraterone 250mg, dosage form: FTA (ATC code: L02BX03)” with pharmaceutical companies within the meaning of Section 130a(8), sentence 1, of Book V of the German Social Code (SGB V) (rebate contracts). Pursuant to Section 130a(8), sentence 1, of SGB V, the invitation to participate is addressed exclusively to pharmaceutical entrepreneurs or associations of pharmaceutical entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 4(18) of the German Medicines Act (AMG). This is not an Open Procedure; instead, it is a publication of the invitation to conclude/join/enter into rebate contracts with conditions that are set for all participants and are not negotiable, including the amount of the rebate. The relevant information under point 2.1 “Type of procedure” and under point 5.1.12 “Condition for the award of the contract here: deadline by which the tender must remain valid” is only due to the structure of this form.
