TENDER DESCRIPTION

This announcement serves to conclude agreements regarding the active ingredient "Abiraterone 250mg dosage form: FTA (ATC code: L02BX03)" with pharmaceutical companies within the meaning of § 130a paragraph 8 sentence 1 of the Social Code Book Five (SGB V) (discount contracts). According to § 130a paragraph 8 sentence 1 SGB V, the invitation to participate is only addressed to pharmaceutical entrepreneurs or employee associations of pharmaceutical entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 4 paragraph 18 of the Medicines Act (AMG). This is not an open procedure, but a publication of the invitation to conclude/join discount contracts with conditions fixed and non-negotiable for all participants, including the amount of the discount. The corresponding information under point 2.1 "Type of procedure" and point 5.1.12 "Condition for awarding the contract_here: deadline until which the offer must be valid" only follows the systematics of this form. Unlimited numbers of pharmaceutical entrepreneurs or employee associations of pharmaceutical entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 4 paragraph 18 of the Medicines Act (AMG) can become contracting parties.
