TENDER DESCRIPTION

Type and scope of the service: For the extension of St. Engelbert School in Brilon, a central supply/extract air system is required for controlled supply and extract ventilation of classrooms, group rooms and ancillary rooms, as well as the WC areas on the ground floor and the 1st floor of the extension building. For partial air conditioning of the supply air, the ventilation system is equipped with a reversible heat pump and a rotary heat exchanger. Partial quantities of extract air from the WC facilities on the 1st floor are discharged directly via the roof by means of decentralized duct fans. In total, this results in a supply/extract air flow rate of 6,200 m3/h for the extension building. The installation is carried out in sheet-metal ducts or spiral-seam ducts. Duct and pipework installations outside areas visible from sight lines are insulated on the supply-air side with mineral wool.
