TENDER DESCRIPTION

Type and scope of the service: For the extension of St. Engelbert School in Brilon, a central supply and extract air system is required to provide controlled air supply and exhaust for classrooms, group rooms and ancillary rooms as well as the WC areas on the ground floor and on the first floor of the extension building. The ventilation system is equipped for partial air-conditioning of the supply air with a reversible heat pump as well as a rotary heat exchanger. Partial quantities of extract air from the WC facilities on the first floor will be discharged directly via the roof by decentralized duct fans. In total, the supply and extract air volume flow rate is 6,200 m3/h for the extension building. Installation will be carried out in sheet-steel ductwork or spiral-seam ducting. Duct and pipe installations outside areas visible from sight will be insulated on the supply-air side with mineral wool.
