TENDER DESCRIPTION

Type and scope of the service: For the extension of the St. Engelbert School in Brilon, a central supply/extract air system is required for controlled supply and exhaust ventilation of classrooms, group rooms and ancillary rooms, as well as the WC areas on the ground floor and the 1st floor of the extension building. The ventilation system is equipped for partial air conditioning of the supply air with a reversible heat pump and a rotary heat exchanger. Partial quantities of exhaust air from the WC facilities on the 1st floor are extracted directly through the roof by decentralized duct fans. In total, the supply/extract air volume flow rate amounts to 6,200 m3/h for the extension building. The installation is carried out in sheet-steel ductwork channels and/or spiral-seam ducts. Duct and pipework installations outside areas visible from sight lines are insulated on the supply-air side with mineral wool.
