TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the transport of students with physical / mental / speech disabilities from the school site Remberg School, Rembergstr. 7, 45470 Mülheim an der Ruhr. Students must be transported from their residential address to Remberg School and back. At present, 211 students are to be transported (status: 10.09.2026). Changes regarding the number of students to be transported are possible throughout the entire term of the contract. Contract subject matter: (1) For the purpose of student transport, the company shall provide the City with the motor vehicles with drivers designated by it, as well as the accompanying persons required according to the service specifications. The City specifies at what times the students must arrive at Remberg School and when they must be collected again at the school. (2) The deployment of vehicles shall be carried out according to the deployment plan, which for each vehicle is prepared by the contractor subject to any change at any time.
