TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement concerns the reception, treatment, and marketing of Porcelain and wall tiles from recycling centres with pre-sorting for reuse. All fractions are received from citizens and businesses at recycling centres in Vestforbrænding’s contracting municipalities, cf. Appendix 1.3. The estimated value of the Agreement is DKK 55,500,000.00. The total maximum value of the Agreement is DKK 60,000,000.00. The estimated maximum value is an expression of the Contracting Authority’s assessment, and the value/quantities are thus indicative, and the supplier is not guaranteed any minimum turnover. The Agreement is non-exclusive. For a more detailed description of the services covered by the procurement, reference can be made to the specifications, which set out the requirements that the services must meet. The Agreement is not divided into lots, as the Contracting Authority assesses that a division would involve a risk that different suppliers would be awarded the agreements, which would necessitate cooperation between the suppliers, which could entail a risk to the stability and function of the system.
