TENDER DESCRIPTION

The tendering procedure includes a contract for the Contracting Authority to procure statutory audit services for UCL Business Academy & Professional College (UCL). The statutory audit must cover the Contracting Authority’s needs, where the audit firm must carry out audits of the annual financial statements. The fixed annual audit assignment is performed at a fixed offered price. In addition to the fixed annual audit assignment, the Tenderer shall provide supplementary services that can be purchased on an ongoing basis by the Contracting Authority, including inter alia audit reports/statements for project and grant accounts, extended administrative audit, as well as strategic management advisory services and advisory support, and which are invoiced in accordance with the hourly rates offered. For further description of which services are included in the overall audit assignment, reference is made to the tender documentation.
