The procurement process includes a contract for administration and operation of senior and care homes for the Contracting Authority. The Administrator must handle day-to-day administration and operation as well as carry out minor maintenance tasks and coordinate other maintenance work. Gribskov Municipality owns the following: • 15 senior housing units distributed across 2 units/sections, which are rented out in accordance with the Rent Act • 88 senior housing units distributed across 9 units/sections, which are administered in accordance with the Housing Regulation Act • 69 care homes at one address, which are administered in accordance with the Housing Regulation Act • 12 refugee housing units at one address, which are administered in accordance with the Rent Act and rented out to the Contracting Authority. • 5 transitional housing units at one address, which are administered in accordance with the Rent Act • 4 emergency housing units at one address, which are administered in accordance with the Rent Act and rented out to the Contracting Authority. • 7 housing units for people with autism at one address, which are administered in accordance with the Rent Act and rented out to…
