TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of the ÖFS, in 2027 biotope type mappings are to be carried out on a total of 36 specified sample plots. Each of the 36 sample plots forms its own lot. On the ÖFS areas, a comprehensive biotope type mapping is to be carried out. For each mapping unit, the data specified in the performance description are to be recorded in the specified format. The mapping is carried out across the entire area of the respective survey areas of 100 hectares. The mapping work is to be carried out within the specified time periods in accordance with the performance description. In particular, the phenological characteristics of the respective elevation (altitude) must be taken into account. The relevant survey periods are to be taken from the performance description. In addition, the service includes the collection, transport and preservation of plant material for the purpose of demonstrating transgene sequences as part of a GMO detection procedure. The collection of plant material is carried out exclusively on public areas; managed arable fields are excluded.
