TENDER DESCRIPTION

Limiting low emissions by replacing the heat source and modernising the boiler room at the School Complex in Stara Kamienica 1. The subject of the contract is to carry out, in the “design and build” formula, comprehensive modernisation of the heat source in the Primary School building in Stara Kamienica, including the preparation of design documentation, selection of equipment and technical solutions, dismantling of the existing boiler, and the supply, installation and commissioning of two factory-new pellet-fired hot-water boilers operating in a cascade arrangement. The scope of the contract includes in particular adapting the existing process installation of the boiler room and the heating installations, carrying out the necessary sanitary, electrical, automation, construction and finishing works, preparing a hydraulic system with the required buffer tank, adapting the existing flue/chimney flue duct to the extent resulting from the technical analysis, as well as constructing a complete control and automation system with regulation of the individual heating circuits, monitoring, and the possibility of remote supervision and notification of alarm states.
