TENDER DESCRIPTION

Execution of the earthworks and drainage works The earthworks and drainage works include in particular: • Site set-up, take-over of measured quantities, setting-out and later re-establishment for backfilling of the work area, specific to the trade. • Removal of the root stumps and shrubs specified for the contract, and creation of a site access road, temporary construction road and crane stand area. • Take over, load, transport and dispose of the existing bituminous surface that has been broken up on site according to the positions provided for this. • Stripping of topsoil and excavation of the construction pit by homogeneous sections, including the described removal or interim storage in each case and the separately tendered acceptance fees. • Foundation bedding under the non-basement ground floor as well as protection and levelling layer in the basement. • Subfloor services under the ground-floor slab of the non-basement ground floor up to the outer building edge, including the tests specified. • Open water management in accordance with Section 03.02 as well as time-offset backfilling of the basement work rooms.
