TENDER DESCRIPTION

Execution of the earth and drainage works The earth and drainage works include in particular: • Site set-up, take-over of measurement, staking-out and subsequent re-installation for backfilling the working areas, specific to the trade. • Removing the root stumps and shrubs specified in the tender and creating site access, site roads and a crane stand. • Taking over, loading, transporting and disposing of the black tarmacadam that is broken up on site according to the positions provided for this purpose. • Stripping of topsoil and excavation of the building pit according to homogeneous areas, including the specified removal or interim storage in each case, and the separately tendered acceptance fees. • Foundation bedding under the ground floor which is not provided with a basement, as well as protection and balancing layer in the basement. • Subgrade service lines under the slab of the ground floor which is not provided with a basement up to the building outer edge, including the tests specified in the tender. • Open-water pumping according to Title 03.02, as well as time-staggered backfilling of the basement working areas.
