TENDER DESCRIPTION

The service to be tendered involves the conclusion of cooperation agreements for the basic decree "Full-day schools (both structured and open) as well as after-school full-day and care offers in the primary sector and lower secondary level I" of the Ministry for Schools and Further Education. The contract is to be concluded between the City of Dortmund, the respective schools and the providers and includes educational care offers and supervision during the lunch break as well as the provision of extracurricular full-day offers by providers for the schools in Dortmund in accordance with the service description. The cooperation agreement has an overall term of a maximum of eight years. The cooperation agreement is initially concluded for four school years, Contract start: 01.08.2027 Contract end: 31.07.2031. This cooperation agreement is automatically extended by four years (until 31.07.2035) unless one party objects in writing by 04.11.2030.
