TENDER DESCRIPTION

The service to be tendered involves concluding cooperation agreements for the basic decree "Bound and Open Full-Day Schools, as well as Out-of-School Full-Day and Care Offerings in the Primary Level and Secondary Level I" of the Ministry of Schools and Further Education. The contract is to be concluded between the City of Dortmund, the respective schools, and the providers (operators/maintainers). It includes educational care services and supervision during the lunch break, as well as the provision of out-of-school full-day offerings by providers for the schools in Dortmund in accordance with the specification of services. The cooperation agreement has a total term of a maximum of eight years. The cooperation agreement is initially concluded for four school years, with contract start date: 01.08.2027 and contract end date: 31.07.2031. This cooperation agreement automatically extends for a further four years (until 31.07.2035) unless one of the parties submits a written objection by 04.11.2030.
