TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract covers maintenance, support, development and expert services related to the Tungsten software robotics solution available for the contracting authority, as well as new robotics implementations to be carried out in accordance with the contracting authority’s needs. The procurement does not concern the acquisition of a new software robotics platform, but the selection of a supplier responsible for service production, maintenance, development of the existing Tungsten solution, as well as implementation of new automation solutions. The procurement includes maintenance and support services for the existing robots, investigation of errors and malfunctions, changes and further development, planning, implementation, testing, documentation and deployment into production of new robots, service management, and the necessary expert services. The service is produced in a technical environment managed by the contracting authority. The supplier shall ensure that the service is manageable, maintained, documented and secure.
