TENDER DESCRIPTION
GMH | Gebäudemanagement Hamburg GmbH is a municipal company which, among other things, provides services for the construction, operation and management of more than 50 general education schools in the south of Hamburg (Wilhelmsburg and Harburg), as well as for buildings of the higher-education and municipal construction sector. --------------- The construction of the interim greenhouses (future display greenhouses) in the Klein Flottbek botanical garden is a partial project of the renovation of the listed greenhouses in Planten un Blomen. The new building in Klein Flottbek is designed for the construction phase in Planten un Blomen for approximately 3 years as an interim greenhouse. After completion of the renovation work in Planten un Blomen, the Loki-Schmidt-Garten plans to re-use the greenhouses as display greenhouses for garden visitors and to carry out research projects. --------------- Here: Earthworks --------------- Installation of a rainwater rigole for buffering the discharge volumes into the public sewer network, and a rainwater cistern for storage.
