GMH | Gebäudemanagement Hamburg GmbH is a municipal company which, among other things, provides the services of construction, operation and facility management for more than 50 general education schools in the south of Hamburg (Wilhelmsburg and Harburg) as well as for buildings used for higher education and municipal construction. --------------- The new construction of the interim glasshouses (future display glasshouses) in the botanical garden Klein Flottbek is a sub-project of the renovation of the listed glasshouses in Planten un Blomen. The new construction in Klein Flottbek is designed for the construction phase in Planten un Blomen for an estimated 3 years as an interim glasshouse. After completion of the renovation works in Planten un Blomen, the Loki-Schmidt-Garten plans a subsequent use of the glasshouses as display glasshouses for garden visitors and the implementation of research projects. --------------- Here: Shell construction --------------- Extended shell construction including subgrade pipework and earthing system.
