GMH | Gebäudemanagement Hamburg GmbH is a municipal company which, among other things, provides services related to construction, operations and management for more than 50 general education schools in the south of Hamburg (Wilhelmsburg and Harburg), as well as for buildings of higher education and municipal construction. --------------- The new build of the interim greenhouses (future show greenhouses) in the botanical garden Klein Flottbek is a sub-project of the restoration of the listed greenhouses in Planten un Blomen. The new build in Klein Flottbek is designed as an interim greenhouse for the construction phase in Planten un Blomen for approximately 3 years. After completion of the restoration works in Planten un Blomen, the Loki-Schmidt-Garten is planning subsequent use of the greenhouses as show greenhouses for garden visitors and the implementation of research projects. --------------- Here: Shell construction --------------- Extended shell construction including underground service lines and earthing system.
