TENDER DESCRIPTION
The task of ecological construction supervision is the nature-conservation compliant implementation and monitoring of the landscape management avoidance, mitigation and compensation measures. A central task of ecological construction supervision is, in addition, to determine the occurrence of events that cannot be foreseen and to respond appropriately to them. Unforeseeable events may arise both during construction execution (e.g. special weather conditions, changed construction schedules, changed access roads to the site—routing) and in nature and the landscape (e.g. establishment of animals of a particularly protected species in the construction area, establishment of animal species not previously recorded in the construction area, change of the construction sequence). The ecological construction supervision (öBB) shall function as an advisory interface between the client, the competent (specialist) authority, specialist planning and the construction firms.
