TENDER DESCRIPTION
The task of ecological construction supervision is the implementation in compliance with nature conservation requirements and the monitoring of the landscape management avoidance, mitigation and compensation measures. A central task of ecological construction supervision is also to determine the occurrence of events that could not be predicted and to respond appropriately. Unforeseeable events can arise both during construction (e.g. special weather conditions, changed construction schedules, changed access roads for construction sites - alignment) and in nature and the landscape (e.g. establishment of animals of a particularly protected species in the construction area, establishment of animal species in the construction area that have not previously been recorded, change in construction process). The ecologic construction supervision (öBB) shall function as an advisory interface between the client, the competent (technical) authority, specialist planning and construction companies.
