TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is a service consisting of performing a periodic annual inspection, which includes checking the technical condition in accordance with Article 62 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 7 July 1994 - Construction Law (Journal of Laws 2025, item 418) for the purpose of periodic assessment of the technical condition and safety status of hydrotechnical structures based on Article 189 paragraph 4 of the Water Law Act of 20 July 2017 (Journal of Laws 2024, item 1087, as amended) along with performing a periodic five-year technical condition inspection in accordance with Article 62 paragraph 1 point 2 of the Act of 7 July 1994 - Construction Law (Journal of Laws 2025, item 418), including the scope of checking the technical condition pursuant to Article 62 paragraph 1 point 1 (annual periodic inspection) of the Act of 7 July 1994 - Construction Law (Journal of Laws 2025, item 418) for construction objects within the jurisdiction of the ZZ Leszno, including: impounding structures (weirs, sluices), river embankments, pumping stations, buildings on structures, and the flood control warehouse in Luboszyce, along with preparing protocols of the conducted periodic…
