SBH | Schulbau Hamburg has, as a state-owned enterprise of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (hereinafter referred to as SBH), the task of planning, constructing, maintaining and operating the school properties in accordance with economic principles while taking account of educational needs, and of leasing more than 400 schools to the Authority for Schools and Vocational Training (BSB). --------------- At the site Oktaviostraße 143, construction of a new classroom building is planned with a 3-storey structural design. The building will be executed as a solid construction with reinforced concrete and masonry walls and reinforced concrete ceilings. The building is to be certified to DGNB / QNG. The building will be cleaned in 2 intermediate cleanings and one final cleaning.
