TENDER DESCRIPTION
SBH | Schulbau Hamburg has, as a state agency of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (hereinafter referred to as SBH), the task of planning, constructing, maintaining and managing school properties in accordance with economic principles, taking into account the needs of schools, and renting out more than 400 schools to the authority for schools and vocational education and training (BSB). --------------- At the site Oktaviostraße 143, a new build of a classroom building in a 3-storey design is planned. The building is to be constructed as a solid structure with reinforced concrete and masonry walls and reinforced concrete ceilings. The building is intended to be certified DGNB / QNG. The building will be cleaned in 2 intermediate cleanings and one final cleaning.
