TENDER DESCRIPTION
SBH | Schulbau Hamburg has, as a state-owned enterprise of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (hereinafter referred to as SBH), the task of planning, constructing, maintaining and operating school properties in accordance with economic principles, taking into account school requirements, and of renting out more than 400 schools to the Authority for Schools and Vocational Education (Behörde für Schule und Berufsbildung (BSB)). --------------- The existing cafeteria will be expanded by a new building. This will be connected to the existing cafeteria as well as to the subject-class building.
