The insurance services will cover the following: A - property insurance - All risk B - liability insurance C - insurance of persons against consequences of an accident D - driver liability insurance from driving a motor vehicle E - casco insurance of motor vehicles The scope of services for each type is specified in the Technical Specification and the Cost Schedule. The risks to be insured, as well as the insured sums, are determined individually for each insured item. The scope of coverage includes claims for compensation and the right to compensation for the founding partner and other legal persons of the founding partner. For the purpose of preparing the public procurement procedure for insurance services properly, the contracting authority has engaged an insurance intermediary - a broker. The broker’s engagement has an advisory and professional role and does not affect the principles of competition in the market, equal treatment of economic operators, and transparency of the public procurement procedure.
