Insurance services shall cover the following: A - property insurance - All risk B - liability insurance C - persons insurance for the consequences of an accident D - liability insurance of drivers arising from the operation of motor vehicles E - casco insurance for motor vehicles The scope of services for the individual types is specified in the Technical Specification and the Tender Cost Schedule. The risks to be insured as well as the insured sums are determined for each insured item individually. The scope of coverage includes claims for compensation and the right to reimbursement of damage from the founder and other legal persons of the founder. For the purpose of preparing the public procurement procedure for insurance services with due quality, the Contracting Authority has engaged an insurance intermediary — a broker. The broker’s engagement has an advisory and professional role and does not affect the principles of market competition, equal treatment of economic operators, and transparency of the public procurement procedure.
