TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement services of the City of Savonlinna requests submission of a tender for the demolition contract for the commercial buildings of Solmu and Hulikka located at Olavinkatu 26 and 28. The tender is binding and must be prepared in Finnish. The procurement process is entirely in Finnish. The contract shall comply with directly applicable regulations of the European Union, as well as laws and decrees of Finland and instructions issued by authorities, including with regard to structure, equipment, work safety and fire safety, and electrical safety. The contract includes all demolition work for the property at the site, including ancillary outbuildings, asbestos and hazardous substance demolition work, HVAC and plumbing and electrical demolition work (LVIAS), all demolition work in the street and yard areas, and all backfilling and finishing work in the street and yard areas in accordance with the tender documents.
