TENDER DESCRIPTION

Arwos currently operates a recycling yard with a charity shop in Aabenraa. Arwos wishes to create a future-proof recycling yard, where it is possible to develop initiatives under the municipal waste management plan for Aabenraa Municipality. The waste management plan’s initiatives focus on the circular economy with more direct reuse, sales in its own shop, and collaborations regarding resources and partnerships. The present project is designated as “Reconstruction of Aabenraa recycling yard” (hereinafter referred to as “the Project”). The project consists in rethinking the recycling yard’s function, layout, and operation with a view to establishing a future-proof recycling yard. The project is implemented as a design-and-build contract (total contract), under which the selected contractor is responsible for both design and execution of the final solution. The client has not, in advance, specified the final solution or the detailed arrangement of the total contract. The procurement is carried out as a competitive dialogue in accordance with Sections 67-72 of the Public Procurement Act (Consolidated Act no. 116 dated 2025-02-03).
