TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the "Operation, Maintenance, Support, and Upgrade of the digital platform of the Digital Tutoring Center, as well as support for the operation of the hosting infrastructures of the existing information infrastructures of the Institute of Educational Policy (IEP), both those installed in the Entity's environment (on-premises) and those hosted in a public cloud environment (public cloud)". The subject of the contract mainly focuses on: • Upgrade of architecture and modernization of the infrastructure, aiming at cost reduction, increased reliability, and improved performance. • Expansion and automation of CI/CD processes to ensure consistent, secure, and repeatable development and management workflows. • Integration of monitoring, observability, and logging to create a centralized operational overview and accelerate incident resolution. • Automation of operations and enhancement of security with systems that reduce human workload, strengthen compliance, and improve the maturity of the overall ecosystem. • Gradual migration of on-premises applications and websites to a public cloud environment.
