TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement procedure has the aim of awarding a framework agreement with one (1) supplier for the maintenance and the development/installation of external green areas and outdoor grounds. The scope of the invitation as issued by Hogeschool Rotterdam is divided into three categories. 1. Planned periodic maintenance based on a location-specific maintenance recipe (what Hogeschool Rotterdam requests) 2. Maintenance on request (regie maintenance) 3. Construction/development projects This concerns both the maintenance and the development/installation of external green areas and outdoor grounds. Under the Framework Agreement, Hogeschool Rotterdam will purchase a total estimated value of up to €2,000,000 (excluding VAT). Based on historical data, the total contract value averages €235,000 excluding VAT per year. No rights can be derived from this invitation. In view of political, economic, budgetary, organisational and/or administrative developments and the resulting growth and contraction of Hogeschool Rotterdam, it is possible that the number of locations and other specifications to which the Framework Agreement applies may be expanded, reduced, or changed.
