TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Contract includes maintenance, inspections/certifications and repairs of three (3) fire-fighting boats (VRZHZ: 1 and VRGZ: 2). The estimated value of the Framework Agreement is expected to be € 225,000 per year exclusive of VAT. Tenderers cannot derive any rights from this estimated value. The Framework Agreement to be concluded must be qualified as a Framework Agreement within the meaning of the Dutch Procurement Act (Aanbestedingswet). The maximum value of this Framework Agreement is 150% of the estimated value. The contracting authority provides no revenue guarantees.
