Procedure Award procedure by means of the European/National open procedure in accordance with Chapter 2 of the ARW 2016. Contracting authority The contracting authority for this procurement is the Municipality of Breda. Scope The assignment concerns: Contract maintenance: preventive maintenance, statutory maintenance including lift inspections, maintenance and testing of speech-listening connections. Corrective maintenance of lift installations: work carried out after complaints, faults, etc., also referred to as reactive maintenance. Planned maintenance of lift installations: based on maintenance plans (extending service life). Lots This contract is not divided into lots. Purpose The purpose of this procurement is to conclude a framework agreement for the delivery of these services with a duration of one year with an effective start date of 01 January 2027.
