TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Real Estate Management Department of the Facilities Business (FB) intends to enter into an agreement with one party (or a combination of parties) for the performance of mechanical and electrical management and maintenance of the building-related E&M assets within GVB’s real estate. The maintenance includes periodic, corrective and project-based maintenance. The assignment includes long-term management and maintenance of the building-related electrical and mechanical (E&M-) assets within GVB’s real estate. The work includes periodic, corrective and project-based maintenance. The Framework Agreement has a total maximum duration of eight (8) years, including extension options. The estimated value for the full duration is € 72,391,548,- exclusive of VAT and indexation. The actual scope of the work depends, among other things, on the development of the property area, the maintenance needs and the availability of investment budgets. GVB does not guarantee any minimum call-off.
