TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contract concerns the provision of a service in the field of technical management and maintenance of mechanical and electrical installations (hereinafter: M&E maintenance) of municipal real estate within the municipality of Schiedam. The Contractor is responsible for performing preventive, corrective, planned and fault maintenance on the M&E installations, including statutory inspections, maintaining relevant installation documentation, and advising on and executing replacement or improvement measures. The municipality manages a real estate portfolio of approximately 139 objects, ranging from office buildings, theaters and museums to sports facilities, gymnasiums, community buildings and some special properties.
