TENDER DESCRIPTION

The tender concerns maintenance of the sanitary facilities at the LUMC locations. The contract concerns: • preventive maintenance of kitchen counters, baths, fire, emergency and eye wash showers, WC pan combinations, washbasins and taps, etc., in accordance with the LUMC maintenance requirements and in accordance with a frequency (1-4 times per year) and schedule prescribed by the LUMC; • checking non-return valves in accordance with water sheet WB1.4G; • carrying out legionella measurements; • modifications and replacements of sanitary facilities on a cost-plus (ex post) basis; • supplying the required appliances and components.
