TENDER DESCRIPTION

This procurement relates to approximately 170 installations (12 real estate objects), of which the mechanical (climate) installations must be maintained. The Municipality of Oirschot wants to have a framework agreement for this maintenance in place as of 1 January 2027. The scope of the framework agreement includes corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance (including planned maintenance, statutory inspections SCIOS scope 1 through 7, emission measurements NOx, CO, planned SCIOS inspections of gas installations, repairing damage and replacing (parts of) installations based on the MJOP. The maximum duration of the agreement is four (4) years, consisting of two (2) initial years with the option to extend for two (2) times one (1) year. During the term, an estimated 50 separate assignments will be issued annually for maintenance and resolving faults and complaints, as well as approximately 20 separate assignments for the replacement of (part of) installations.
