TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Directorate-General for Consular Affairs and Visas, NetherlandsWorldwide (NWW) intends to conclude a Framework Agreement with one contractor for the delivery of a Facilities Contact Center to support NWW. The Facilities Contact Center supports NWW in handling first-line customer contact in Dutch and English. The service consists of a structural baseline staffing (standby) that provides support during the year for regular service delivery, supplemented by the option to flexibly increase or decrease capacity when the situation calls for it. Based in part on figures from past years, the expected future need and indexations, the scope of the Assignment has been estimated. The estimated value of the Assignment is approximately € 750,000,-- excluding VAT per year, therefore € 3,000,000,-- excluding VAT over a period of 4 years.
