TENDER DESCRIPTION

Within the scope of this procurement, the municipality intends to purchase Shelter and support for victims of domestic violence (OOHG) under the Social Support Act (Wet maatschappelijke ondersteuning, Wmo) for clients in the Amsterdam-Amstelland region. Residential shelter will be purchased for the 6 regional municipalities in the Amsterdam-Amstelland region (Amsterdam, Amstelveen, Aalsmeer, Diemen, Ouder-Amstel and Uithoorn), and ambulatory support will be purchased only for the municipality of Amsterdam. The assignment for OOHG is intended to prevent domestic violence, stop it and resolve it in a sustainable manner, so that everyone in Amsterdam-Amstelland has the opportunity, now and in the future, to develop themselves, to participate and to make their own choices. For this, the provider offers: I. residential shelter; II. ambulatory support.
