TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract involves providing comprehensive support for the sustainability efforts of Homeowners’ Associations (VvE’s) in the municipalities of Eindhoven, Veldhoven, Best, Oirschot and Geldrop-Mierlo. The support must, within 2 years, lead to a decision by the general meeting (ALV) of a selected VvE to implement at least one sustainability measure. This is preferably an insulation measure, but other measures are also open to discussion. The number of VvE’s to be reached in this way is 77 units over two years; this is described in more detail in the PVE. The activities focus on activating the VvE’s to take measures, guiding and advising in the process leading up to decision-making, and also serving as the point of contact with a periodic walk-in consultation hour. Follow-up investigations and the actual implementation are not part of the scope of the contract. This concerns advisory services for VvE’s of 5 municipalities with the aim of a total of 77 sustainability measures within 2 years.
